Not only does Liverpool fulfill any dreams of a Beatles fan, but Liverpool also hosted a number of bands that you know and love. For example, Joy Division would regularly perform at the Hope and Anchor pub, a pub that is still open today. Meaning that you can sit back and enjoy a drink while basking in the location that once housed some great musicians. There are plenty of tours of bars and popular spots where some of your favorite songs were performed and so you can really immerse yourself into what it would have been like to be a part of the growing New Orleans culture. New Orleans also has a spiritualist element to it, with many of its residents believing in the existence of ghosts and voodoo, so you would not be short on entertainment when you visited.
